My Make up- Night-time Edition

Hey Everyone,
Last Friday night I went to a local disco with my friends and while I was looking through my photos I noticed that it would make a great blog post to tell you what make up I used. I kept my make up quite neutral I didn't want to go too dramatic so I went for a slightly smoked eye and a pink lip.

To start off I primed my face with Catrice Cosmetics Prime and Fine face Primer.

I then used a mixture of Rimmel stay matte foundation in 300 and Rimmel lasting finish foundation in 200.

Then to cover up any blemishes or under-eye circles I used my collection Lasting Perfection concealer.

Once my base was finished I covered my whole eyelid in collection work the colour eye shadow pencil. Review
I then layered some Organza (left) all over my eyelid and then put Gift Basket (right) in my crease
both from the Sleek Oh So Special Palette.

I used my Collection gel eye-liner to line my lash line and water line.

Once I curled my eyelashes I put some Maybelline Rocket volume Express mascara.

I then filled in my eyebrows with my Maybelline master shape brow pencil.

Then I set them with the lighter shade in my essence eyebrow stylist set.

I then contoured my cheek bones with my MUA pressed powder in Shade 4.

I bronzed my skin with my Essence bronzing compact powder in 01 Bronzing queen.

I put some pink back into my cheeks with my Essence silky touch blush in 20 babydoll.

I would then set my face with my Rimmel Stay Matte pressed powder in 006 warm beige.

To lightly line my lips I used No7 precision lip pencil in plum.

I then covered my whole lip area with my Rimmel lipstick in 006 pink blush.

Finally I coated my lips in a Barry M lip gloss and away I went.

Review- Collection Work The Colour Eyeshadow Pencil

Hey Everyone,
Today I have decided to do a review on one of my most favourite purchases and that is my new collection work the colour eye shadow pencil in vintage blush.

I bought this pencil after I saw one of the videos that Zoella showed it in and I knew I would like it as soon as I had saw it. The colour satisfaction from this pencil is great it is so pigmented. it is so easy to apply and it is so creamy and easy to blend. The champagne pink colour is great because you can wear it on its own or with other eye shadows. I love the packaging that the pencil comes in because it is so handy to carry around with you and sweep on whenever you need it.
I definitely will be buying a few more of these pencils because when I was in Superdrug the were only £2.50 which is great for the quality of them.
Also if you have any suggestions for new autumn blog posts I would love to hear them!

Review- 17 Wild Metallic Eyes

Hey Everyone today I thought I would do a review of one of my most recent beauty purchase which is one of the 17 wild metallic eyes cream eye shadows, I got mine in the shade wild bronze.
The reason I bought this product was because Zoella from YouTube done a haul and this product was in it and I thought I might as well try it because it looked good.
The consistency of the product is great it is nice and creamy it is so easy to take out of the packaging but one thing you have to be careful with is that you don't dig your finger into it whenever you are first using it because if you have previously used something like one of the Maybelline colour tattoos it will come as quite a shock.
I really like the packaging because number one it is plastic so I don't have to  worry about letting it drop and glass going everywhere. It is also a light and easy shape to carry in your makeup bag also a little goes a long way with this product.
Some of the ways I would use this product are if you are in a rush you can put some of this on your eyelids and you would be great to go, another way to use this is by using it as a base for the rest of your eyeshadows. There are probably plenty more was to use this product but I haven't had much of a chance to try them out; my favourite way to use this product is put it on your eyelid and wing it the whole way up to your brow bone and then get a cream powder eyeshadow and only put it on your eyelid and blend it slightly into the bronze this will help to keep your cream eyeshadow in place and give you a smokey eye in only about two minutes. You could finish this off with a bit of black eyeliner but I would personally save that for a night out.
Overall I think this product is great and the fact that it is only £3.99 in Boots it certainly does not break the bank!
                    Hope you like it!
