How To Decorate Your Room For Halloween

Hey Guys,
I recently was in Tescos and bought some things to decorate my room with for Halloween and I thought I should do a blog post on it!

First I bought some cobwebs to put all over my Shelf .

I then bought this pumpkin candle which surprisingly smells quite good for being quite cheap.

I then bought these two cute little guys for the fun of it.

These have to be my favourite sweets at Halloween they are so yummy.

 I then bought this goblet and so far I have truly got the use out of it.

Finally I bought some tape to put around my doors.

My Everyday/ School Makeup

Hey Everyone,
Today I have decided to show you what make-up I use on a normal lazy day or when I am rushing to catch my bus to school.

I like to keep my make-up quite natural especially when I am at school so just to let you know there will be no mad colours here.

First I like to start off with my base. I like to use the Catrice Cosmetics BB cream as it is one of the best BB creams I have tried yet.

I then like to conceal over any blemishes i may have with the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in shade 1.

I like to give my eyes a little bit of colour so I apply the essence I <3 Stage Eye-shadow base which leaves a great nude colour on your lids.

I like to fill in my brows with the Maybelline master shape brow pencil in shade Dark Blonde.

I sometimes like to run across my top waterline to give more definition to my lashes with the essence long lasting eye pencil in shade 20 Hot Chocolate.

After I curl my eyelashes instead of using a mascara I use the collection Extreme 24 Hour Felt Tip Liner in shade Black to lightly sweep onto my eyelashes the same way you use a mascara. I fell this gives a more natural look.

I like to set my face using the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in shade 006 warm Beige.

Finally I like to use something like the MUA Kiss You Lip Polish in Niall Loves Cherry or Maybelline colour Sensational Popstick in shade 060 Citrus Slice to give a sweep of colour on my lips.

Recent Purchase

Hey Everyone, 

Recently I was shopping in Tesco and I saw some glade candles on promotion so I decided to pick one up.

The candle that I chose was part of glades new limited edition winter collection and mine is the scent blackberry frost. I had quite a tough time trying to choose the candle that I wanted because the all smelled so good.

I have not yet burnt this candle but even just sitting it on my bookshelf is leaving a glorious smell in my room. One thing that I am afraid of is the fact that it does not have a lid which means the smell could gradually leave it but only time will tell.

After I have burnt the candle a few times I will get back to you on some of the pros and cons of it and of course if I fall in love with it, it will definitely be in my monthly favourites.

Instagram Photos

Hey Guys,

If you do know I have an Instagram account then my name is @grainnemcc or either you can not get Instagram for some random reason, I thought I would share with you some of my snaps on it so you get to know me a little bit better and you will see thinks that interest me or I like, so to stop my rambling I will let you get on with seeing the photos.

Ah Nando's my second home if you did not know this I Love Nando's, this is also a thing that me and Niall Horan have in common just to let you know.

These are some pictures of Billy my uncles goat which for some reason I do not know I just think he is so small and cute- bit strange for a goat though.

This photo I actually cropped but it is for my love with Made In Chelsea only if I could live like them.

Yet again this is more food the beloved breadsticks and Nutella if you have not tried this then you are missing out on a awful lot of yumminess.

 If you have not tried this hand wash then you must because it smells just like the sweets and the cola one actually smells fizzy.

This is just a picture of my friends and I going to a disco.

This is a picture of me back in January in Italy what a great experience.

Finally I have left the best till last and what do you know it's more food but its not just any food it's Crispy Rolls YUM.

Messy Hair, Don't Care!

Hey Everyone,

I have recently been loving the "messy but looks really good" hairstyles floating around the internet and I thought I should share some of my favourites with you!

One problem that I usually have is that my hair is fairly thick and stick straight so the only way of getting these looks without back combing my whole hair and looking like a wacky scientist is by using texture spray and plaiting (braiding) my hair while it is wet. My Make up- Night-time Edition

Hey Everyone,

Last Friday night I went to a local disco with my friends and while I was looking through my photos I noticed that it would make a great blog post to tell you what make up I used. I kept my make up quite neutral I didn't want to go too dramatic so I went for a slightly smoked eye and a pink lip.

To start off I primed my face with Catrice Cosmetics Prime and Fine face Primer.

I then used a mixture of Rimmel stay matte foundation in 300 and Rimmel lasting finish foundation in 200.

Then to cover up any blemishes or under-eye circles I used my collection Lasting Perfection concealer.

Once my base was finished I covered my whole eyelid in collection work the colour eye shadow pencil. Review

I then layered some Organza (left) all over my eyelid and then put Gift Basket (right) in my crease

both from the Sleek Oh So Special Palette.

I used my Collection gel eye-liner to line my lash line and water line.

Once I curled my eyelashes I put some Maybelline Rocket volume Express mascara.

I then filled in my eyebrows with my Maybelline master shape brow pencil.

Then I set them with the lighter shade in my essence eyebrow stylist set.

I then contoured my cheek bones with my MUA pressed powder in Shade 4.

I bronzed my skin with my Essence bronzing compact powder in 01 Bronzing queen.

I put some pink back into my cheeks with my Essence silky touch blush in 20 babydoll.

 I would then set my face with my Rimmel Stay Matte pressed powder in 006 warm beige.

To lightly line my lips I used No7 precision lip pencil in plum.

I then covered my whole lip area with my Rimmel lipstick in 006 pink blush.

Finally I coated my lips in a Barry M lip gloss and away I went.
